Olivia Burke
Community Data Fellow, 2024-2025
Olivia is a second-year PhD student specializing in Research, Statistics, and Evaluation in the School of Education. With a background as a data analyst for an education-focused nonprofit, she holds an M.Ed. in Quantitative Analytics in Education. Her current research focuses on advancing best practices in Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR), with a particular emphasis on making quantitative methodologies more accessible to young people. Olivia is passionate about using YPAR to elevate community and youth voices within academic research, aiming to bridge the gap between data and meaningful, inclusive participation.
