Lee LeBoeuf

Community Data Fellow, Democratization of Data

Lee LeBoeuf is a doctoral candidate at the University of Virginia studying developmental psychology with Angeline Lillard. She is also a Virginia Education Science Training (VEST) two-year fellow working with Jason Downer and a LIFE Fellow with the Max Plank Institute for Human Development in Berlin. Her research focuses on education equity and early childhood education. Before starting graduate school, she was an elementary school teacher in Cleveland, Ohio and a Teach for America Corps member. She graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2017 with a B.A. in Psychology.

LeBoeuf is currently a Community Data Fellow and has been a Democracy of Data Fellow in the Equity Center since the summer of 2021. In this role, she has contributed to several projects related to equity in the Charlottesville region, including the Equity Atlas, Stepping Stones reports, the Orange Dot Report, and the Charlottesville Climate Equity dashboard.
